7:10 a.m.
as of this morning, Baby Henry is doing well. he underwent 7 hours of surgery yesterday to get his new heart. he is in the CCU, where he will be for some time. but the doctors say so far things look promising. keep those prayers coming! in less life-altering news, the premiere of survivor:guatemala did not disappoint. the women on the yuxha tribe rock! while the men were puking up their guts and writhing in pain, the women were totally composed and taking care of them (typical!). and i love that stephanie is back. she was my favorite last season. the tribal council was a no-brainer. i mean, you've got to vote off the old guy with his arm in a sling....duh! this afternoon, i am a contestant in a local "celebrity" quiz-off on the U.S. Constitution. frightening. although, thanks to Schoolhouse Rock I can recite the Preamble to the Constitution. but only if i sing it. again, frightening. ***UPDATE ON BABY HENRY*** (as of 12:27pm Central)Baby Henry is not doing as well as they originally thought. He is having to undergo a procedure to regulate the blood flow to his new heart.
